Horizontal bar visible in Windows XP

Hi,
I have a four grids, out of which three are visible and one is invisible.
I am printing visible grids(i.e 3).
The given attachment is the print preview of print document, here we can see a horizontal bar at the top left corner of the page/screen in Windows XP machine but not in Windows 2000.

What to do to remove that horizontal bar.

Sorry for the delay in responding. Thanks for your screenshot.

I tried to reproduce the issue in this [GDBG_Print.zip] sample. But, I was not able to reproduce the issue in this sample. Could you please give me some more information regarding how to implement the issue in this sample?. I would really appreciate it if you could provide us a sample that exhibits this behavior. We will try analyzing it here.

Also please provide us your Syncfusion Version details.
