Complex format is not supported.

I tried opening this file using DocIO (Version 4.402.0.51) but get the error "Complex format is not supported.".

Can I get a better explanation of why I'm getting this error?

Hi Mark,

I was able to reproduce the problem. The problem is because there are some symbols in footer, which contains the page number field. If we remove them and open that file, it works fine. Here is the sample for your reference:

The fix for this issue[3669] will be available on March 22.

However, if u open and resave the original file, and after open it using Xlsio, it works fine. This is because of broken files.
