Relation with child collection

Hi,

I want to create manual master-detail relation between 2 entity collections...but my entity collection is not flat.....Parent entity collection contains the group columns collection as child collection.
I want to create relationship between the grouping column sub collection(which are my keys) in parent collection with the second child collection which is flat and have flat properties as key
Can this possible..?
please help me to do this....
