My application hangs for about 10 seconds whenever I try to open a workbook

Can anyone tell me why this happens and what I can do to avoid it?

Could you please provide me the xls file in which you are able to reproduce the issue? This would help me in investigating further on this issue.

Hi Conor,

I am afraid. I was not able to reproduce the issue. It just took 2 seconds to open the file for me. Could you please provide details of Essential studio and office version you are using? This would help me in investigating further on this issue.
