I'm converting a program that uses advanced Word automation to build documents and am having a difficult time relating the Word function to a simular or like function in DocIO.
Do you have any documentation or other samples that show how to do advanced level formatting for paragraphs, tables, headers, footers, etc..
Do you have any doc that relates the Word function to the DocIO function?
For example, a word call, where docME is a Word.Document and gappME is the Word.Application:
What would be the equivlent DocIO call or samples or documentation that explains paragraphformating, CharacterFormat better? For example, CharacterFormat.UnderlineStyle says it Gets / sets doublestrikeout style. Is this true or does it set the UnderlineStyle like its name implies? How do you use it? Is it set for the paragraph, on the TextRange?

Hi Jay,
Thank you for your interest in Essential DocIO.
You can find the samples and documentation at the following url. C:\Program Files\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\4.4.0.51\Windows\DocIO.Windows\Samples http://www2.syncfusion.com/library/default.aspx
In the samples, you can find how to apply styles for paragraph and text range.
I was able to reproduce the issue with underline style API description. It actually applies underline style only as the name predicts.
I will forward this issue to development team. Thanks for bringing this issue into our notice.
Please take a look into the samples and coumentation and let me know if you have any queries.
