Disappointed with version 4.4. It''s going backward

Tried both version 4.3 and latest 4.4 on my Vista X64.
The 4.3 displays the docking indicator correctly on X64. However docking is not working on 4.4.
I remember syncfusion 4.0 had similar problem on my XP X64 version about half a year ago. It was fixed in 4.2 and 4.3.
How come the problem went back in version 4.4?
