Is their a working example available of how to use formulas with virtual grids? I can find bits and pieces but nothing that shows how formula cells, formula tags, virtual grids and QueryCellInfo(), work together.

Hi Doug,
Virtual Grid doesn't store any cell style properties. You have to provide such properties on demand through Model.QueryCellInfo. To update Cell Value for the cells to table, you can handle the Model.SaveCellInfo event. Please try the sample and let me know if this helps.
Here is a sample. http://www.syncfusion.com/Support/user/uploads/FormualcellVirtual_3459098c.zip

Haneef,
Thanks for the response but what I looking for is something to explain "Formula Tags" in "Virtual Grids". Something that tells why in addition to how. I have searched the web and found nothing of signifigance regarding their usage.
I was able to get them sorta working by copying from a overly simple example, but then ran into not refreshing issues.
I have given up on them for now. They seem too obscure to deal with and/or no one is using them. If you can point me to some good documentation on them, I would be happy to reconsider.
Thanks,
Doug

Hi Doug,
You can find a bunch of information from our shipped documentation or online library, KB article section and Evaluation center about GridControl.
