Since about noon New York time on Thursday June 20, 2003, a phone line that handles our primary internet connection stopped working. We hope to have it back in service as soon as possible. As a result of this problem, users who submit Direct Trac incidents will not receive an update notification when a Syncfusion engineer updates the incident. Our Direct Trac support is available, and we are responding to your posts as time permits, but you will not receive a notification of an update. This problem has also disrupted our email service, so responses to any emails you send to us will be delayed. We apologize for the problem and are working diligently to resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience. Clay Burch
