Adjust scroll bar length/height to only scrollable rows or columns of grid

I have a grid that contains 100 rows. The first 25 rows are frozen. Is it possible for the vertical scrollbar to only span row 26 thru 100. The vertical scrollbar should not span all the rows, only the scrollable rows!

We regret for the inconvenience caused.
The grouping grid currently has no support for freezing rows. We have added this as a feature request and below is the feature request link. There is no easy way to get this working for now.
