However, I have the impression, that you should invest more time in testing your product.
To give an example: you reported issues with saving and restoring state of docking windows for different versions of Essential Studio and provided appropriate patches for it.
This is not a bug that is difficult to find. We just do something very common and it is not working. This leaves the impression, that you have not even used this feature before distibuting the buggy release.

Thanks for your feedback. We are now giving more importance to testing and to the stability of our products.Our next verison 4.4 will be stable. We are also planning to give the version 4.4 to customers for beta testing.We think this will improve us to release a better version than the previous versions.
