Syncfusion Tags not regognized in VS2005 source view
Hello Syncfusion Team,
we are currently evaluation your Essentail Tool Suite and like it very much. But I have on problem I discoverd on every machine I''ve installed your demo package.
The Syncfusion Tags are not correctly recognized, when working in source view in VS2005. In Design Mode everything works fine, but I''m not able to access "intelli-Sense" in code view. The tags are corectly registered at the top of the page. The tags are underlined with the comment "not regognized" even if I delete them and drop them in the code from the toolbox again.
Do you have an idea what I''m doing wrong?
Kindly regards
Michael Bruns

Hi Michael,
The VisualStudio fails to load the automatically generated XSD schema (which is used to validate the ASPX content) due to the unencoded ''&'' symbol which is used as delimiter character in the Syncfusion AutoCompleteTextBox control. This interrupts the ASPX IntelliSense from being recognized in VS2005.
This has been fixed in 4.3.0.31 Service Pack. You can download it from the following link
http://www2.syncfusion.com/installs/v4.3.0.31/syncfusionessentialstudiosetup.exe
Please contact our sales team ([email protected]) for Unlock key.
We very much appreciate your suggestions and feedback.
Thanks for your interest in Syncfusion products.

Hi Sharmila,
I was out of office for some time and started today with the new version 4.302.0.32 (we have buyed a license now) and get into the same trouble as with earlier versions. Is there somethink like "a quickfix" which will allow me to work continiously with this version AND have IntelliSense support? Currently it takes always some time to deinstall, reinstall and changing the assembly references of my projekt to the new assemblies.

Hi Michael,
In 4.3.0.32 version, the Intellisense works fine. Hence to help me check this in detail could you please send more information or some screenshot?
FYI - There is a workaround to make intellisense work for the previous versions that has been discussed in the below link.

Thanks for your cooperation.
