Hi

Yesterday i changed my mail on DirecTrack (jweizman@gmail.com)
Once i changedit i can''t logon any more. When i ask Directrack to send me my password, i get it but it does not work...
could you help ?

this does not work better...

Interestingly, the login/password sent by DirectTrack (via the "forgot password" procedure does not work...

Syncfusion never go to the support area....

I tought support was important to you but your silence is not going that way...

I''ve just located the problem...it seems that you had two separate Direct-Trac support accounts that were tied to the same email address. This is what caused the issue.
