Sample download link broken

I tried to download the sample for serializing docking controls and the link returned 404 (tied to a specific IP address for some reason).

However, the following links explain the Docking Manager serialization along with samples. 1. How to save/load docking state information of an application that has docking windows created at run-time? 2. How to save/load docking state information of an application that has an MDIParent form containing multiple child forms where each child form has its own docking layout? 3. How to save/load the state information in a form which contains both the TabbedMDIManager and the DockingManager? 4. I was sent to a mostly empty page:

When I click on the download link I get the 404:

I tried a bunch of other samples and none of them work either. They all get redirected to links on that ip address.
