Data binding in .net 2.0

We are using the new feature, of the DataSource window, to bind to an object. This allows us to view the object as a data source and bind to the grid. We have all fields private and expose them thru properties. One of the private fields is a reference to a typed data set. We expose this thru a property, but when we add this object to the Data source window with the name of the property. What we don''t see is columns of the data table in the data source window when you expose a data set in an object. If you use the type-data set outside of an object you see the table, under the data set, and the columns. Any idea what needs to be done to allow binding to a data set in an object to take advantage of the visual binding.
