Recommendation

Hello, I need your recommendation. Which type of grid control is good to use into a database application - bind control or not bind control? Sincerely, Florin

Hi Florin, GridControl is a cell oriented grid, it is not databound yet you can use it in a virtual mode for huge data to be displayed. Please refer the sample in these folders. \Syncfusion\Essential Studio\4.1.0.50\windows\Grid.Windows\Samples\In Depth\GridPopulationSample\ \Syncfusion\Essential Studio\4.1.0.50\windows\Grid.Windows\Samples\Quick Start\VirtualGridTutorial\ GridDataBoundGrid (GDBG) and GridGroupingControl(GGC) are databound grid control, GGC has good layout and handling of hierarchical data. The grouping possibility and Record wise handling are possible in a GGC. Refer GDBG samples here \Syncfusion\Essential Studio\4.1.0.50\windows\Grid.Windows\Samples\DataBound. Refer GGC samples here \Syncfusion\Essential Studio\4.1.0.50\windows\Grid.Grouping.Windows\Samples. All samples are available in earlier versions also. Best regards, Stanley
