It might be nice to have a simple property of the grid called ExcelMode that would setup the eventhandlers and formatting similar to excel. right now i had to go through about 15 steps to try to copy excels behavior, style formatting, etc. and i would imagine others have done the same. It might be nice to have it built in as an option of the grid. Someone like a theme or something..
Has anyone else ever thought or asked for that ??

Thanks for your suggestion.
In version 4.1, the formatting properties that are done in the edit mode can be saved in am xml format or as a template and the same can also be loaded. See if that helps to implement better.
If that does not help, can you show up in a sample the 15 steps to discuss with the development team to get their suggestions.
