Error when grid shows up

hi,
I get the following error when the grid shows up.
It doesnt happen every time.It occurs rarely.If we close our application and start it over again,it comes up.Any ideas?

Hi Catinat, It would be better if you could upload the sample that does not come up when the application was closed and started over again, so that we could debug it here. Let me also know the versions you use. If you are working with version before 4.1 with VS2005, it is recommended to use 4.1 .
