There is a Syncfusion.Styles.StyleInfoPropertyGrid class that allows you to display a property grid that you can use to set cell styles. Take a look at the grid\samples\quick start\cellstyles sample. It displays the property grid directly on the form and allows you to dynamically select cells and modify their style properties.

My question is actually whether there is an excel tab page style format form, in which it is clearer for end users, and hides the complex items such as imagelist, displaymember, valuemember, etc?

No, there is not. You woul dhave to design a simpler dialog yourself.
