3.301.0.0 Incorrect size of tooltip at first appearance

There is a bug with size of tooltip at its first appearance – it looks like if there was a line feed symbol at the end of text. Later tooltip shows correctly.

You can check this behaviour in the ContextTooltipDemo sample.

Version of Syncfusion.Edit.Windows assembly is 3.301.0.0.
