There is a bug with size of tooltip at its first appearance – it looks like if there was a line feed symbol at the end of text. Later tooltip shows correctly. You can check this behaviour in the ContextTooltipDemo sample. Version of Syncfusion.Edit.Windows assembly is 3.301.0.0.

Hi Evgeny, Thanks for your feedback in this regard. This is a known issue in v3.3.0.0 and we do have open bug report - defect 858 on this. We will try our very best to address this issue at the earliest.
