Many points in new Chart version crashes

Question

I recently upgraded to the new 3.3.0...I use the Chart control to display an X-ray spectrum, when the number of points is 1024 it works, when the number of point is 4096 it crashes, consuming huge amounts of memory and constantly writing to the hard disk. Prior to 3.3.0, the chart control in the exact same code worked with 4096 and 8192 points. What gives?

There have been several of these questions regarding Out of Memory on the Charting tool. You keep asking everyone to open a Direct-Trac ticket but the forum never gets an answer. Could you please post if you have a solution to this or not before we upgrade?

Hi Justin,Thank you for posting your query to us.I am afriad that I was not able to reproduce the issue "Chart crashes when adding more number of points in a series"  in the latest version 5.1.0.51 which you have mentioned in the previous update.Please refer the attached sample.http://websamples.syncfusion.com/samples/Chart.Windows/F36335/main.htmThe above sample which illustrates how to add a more number of points[10,000] in a series.Please have a look at the above sample and if still the issue exists could you please try reproducing it in the above sample or send us the reproducing steps so that we could sort out the cause of the  issue and provide you a solution?Could you please let me know what version of Essential Studio you are using?Regards,Rashidha.
