If the issues that you have listed here were confirmed by our support group, and the requisite QA reports have been logged, then the problems will definitely be fixed over the course of future versions of the product. The status of open QA issues can be checked using our web-based QA tracking system - http://www.syncfusion.com/support/issues/diagram/Default.aspx. If there are specific issues that you are particularly concerned about, then I would suggest you open a support request, using our Direct-Trac system, mentioning the QA details, and our support team will be able to provide you with an update on the issue status.
