We have been evaluating Syncfusion’s Essential Studio 3.3.0.0 for the development of one of our electric circuit based configuration tool. Mainly we have been evaluating the Essential Diagram and the Essential Tool Products.
We have found some major problems in the following areas mentioned below for which, our developers had already posted several questions in the Forums viz
· Orthogonal Connections
· Hit Testing
· Multi Page creation and integration within a
Diagram
· The Anchoring problem of Labels within a
symbol while resizing the Symbol
· Images support for *.dwg etc
Etc
We would like to know whether these would be handled in the forthcoming releases or service pack and if yes then by when??. as that would help us a great extent in buying the Tool. Pls also let me know the support that could be provided to our developers during the development phase.

If the issues that you have listed here were confirmed by our support group, and the requisite QA reports have been logged, then the problems will definitely be fixed over the course of future versions of the product. The status of open QA issues can be checked using our web-based QA tracking system - http://www.syncfusion.com/support/issues/diagram/Default.aspx. If there are specific issues that you are particularly concerned about, then I would suggest you open a support request, using our Direct-Trac system, mentioning the QA details, and our support team will be able to provide you with an update on the issue status.
