Yes, Essential Grid v3.2.1.0 is compatible with .NET 2.0. However, as .NET 2.0 is still in Beta, it is not completely compatibile and some minor issues may arise. We expect to have full .NET 2.0 compatibility shortly after the release of VS .NET 2005.
