Password request

I have requested that my password for Direct-Trac be emailed to me at least six times now. No email has made it to me. Is there a way to get my password or unlock key other than through email? Or, is there a problem with the automatic email, and maybe someone there can email it directly to me? Thanks, kathy

Hi Kathy Sorry for the inconvenience. I created a support incident (#19338) and posted the passwords (you have 2 accounts). You should have recieved an email with the update.
