Display math equation

Hi, I have case which my document upload contain math equation, but when using sdk to display on website, the equation not display. Is there any configure require to display? The attachment file is sample I use for file upload

Hi,

Currently, Document Editor does not support preserving mathematical equations from an existing Word document. This is why the equations in the document are not displayed when it is opened.

 

We have already logged this as a feature request from our end; however, there are no immediate plans to implement this feature. During each release planning cycle, we review all open feature requests and prioritize them based on factors such as feature ranking, number of customer requests, and overall demand.

is there a work around? for example: convert to image and embed or add new font?

Hi,

At present, Document Editor does not provide an option to convert mathematical equations in a Word document into images for preservation.

 

As a possible workaround, if you can maintain the mathematical equations as images on your side, we can explore providing an option to replace the equations with those images. We can also share a sample for reference.

Kindly confirm whether replacing mathematical equations with images will work for you.

 

Note: Once the mathematical content is preserved as images, it will be treated as static content and cannot be edited further. The equations will be displayed as images both within the editor and in the exported document.
