Best Way to Organize Technical Documentation and User Guides?

Hello everyone,

I'm working on a content-based website and have been looking for better ways to organize technical guides, tutorials, and user resources so visitors can find information more easily. I noticed that many applications built with Syncfusion components provide excellent navigation, search, and content filtering features.

One of the projects I'm currently maintaining is ps2biosbrwhere users access various tutorials and technical information. I'm interested in learning how developers here structure large collections of articles and documentation.

Are there any Syncfusion controls or recommended approaches for creating a better documentation experience with efficient search and categorization?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

What improvements would make Anaconda Learning more useful for beginners?Has anything unexpected happened while using Anaconda Learning, and what was the outcome?

For large documentation sites, use a category/tag-based structure (not just folders) so articles can belong to multiple topics. Add a search bar with filters (by category, difficulty level) rather than relying only on navigation menus. We've handled similar setups at tkxel, faceted search plus clear breadcrumbs works better than deep nested menus.
