CalendarView.month repeats appointment, when exceeds appointmentDisplayCount
I'm facing an issue that the monthly view repeats the first appointment, when the count of appointments is higher than appointmentDisplayCount in MonthViewSettings. You can see this in the screenshot on 23th of March.
version: "33.1.46" is in place
Hi Benjamin,
Thank you for letting us know about this issue.
We were able to reproduce the issue in our end, and the root cause has already been identified. This issue is scheduled to be resolved in our upcoming weekly release on April 14, 2026. We will notify you once the release is available. Thank you for your patience.
Root cause :
In Month view, multi‑day appointments are registered per day using the same reference, causing duplicate entries to be passed to the appointmentBuilder when appointments exceed appointmentDisplayCount.
Regards,
Harsha.
Does the issue still occur if you set appointmentDisplayCount to a value larger than the total appointments for that day?
Hi Benjamin,
No, the issue does not occur when appointmentDisplayCount is set to a value greater than or equal to the total number of appointments for that day. The duplication is observed only when the number of appointments exceeds appointmentDisplayCount.
Regarding the fix, we sincerely apologize for the need to revise the previously shared timeline. We have already identified the root cause of the duplicate appointment behavior in the Month view, and the fix is currently in progress. To ensure complete validation and stability, the update is now planned to be included in our upcoming weekly release scheduled for April 28, 2026.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we will keep you informed once the release is available.
Please let us know if you have any other questions in the meantime.
Regards,
Hari Hara Sudhan. K.
