How to detect if Image has been changed without saving

I'm trying to detect if the user has changed the image through the editor and then attempts to navigate off the page without saving their changes. Is there any property on the image control that indicates that the image has been changed?

We have considered your requirement “Feature Request: EditComplete Event in Blazor Image Editor” as a feature from our end, but we do not have any immediate plans to implement this feature.
