When I switch to Traditional Chinese, the time control button changes to ReadOnly?

Hi 

       When I switched to Traditional Chinese, the time control button changed to ReadOnly. This issue does not occur in other languages. Please see the attached example and the image below

    I encountered the following issues when using the date controls in the following GIF:

1. On a webpage, when I switch to Traditional Chinese, the timepicker control becomes read-only.

2. On the webpage, when selecting the time in the datetimepicker control, extra characters appear before the time selection. After switching to Traditional Chinese, an extra 12 hours are added when I select the date.

3. When using this webpage on a mobile phone, I found that after switching to Traditional Chinese, the date controls below become read-only.

We have considered the reported issue " TimePicker Control becomes readonly when we switch the culture to traditional chinese " as a bug from our end and the fix for the issue will be included in our upcoming weekly patch release, which is expected to be rolled out on end of the December , 2025.

Currently, We are experiencing difficulty in identifying the exact cause of the issue. We are delighted to inform you that the fix for this issue is planned to be included in the upcoming weekly release , which is scheduled to be released on Mid of January  , 2026 . Until then, we appreciate your patience.

We have included the fix for the issue "  TimePicker Control becomes readonly when we switch the culture to traditional chinese " with our release version 32.1.22v . So please upgrade your package to the latest to resolve the issue from your end.

Root cause : 
The Date Format class has limited support for the 'B' (flexible day period) specifier used in CLDR time formats. This issue has now been corrected in CLDR time formats.
