How to change the color of a ToolstripTabItem menuitem text when hovering it?

I have been digging a lot into the Office2016ColorTable properties to try to figure out how to change the menuitem text color in a ToolstripTabItem but can't find it. Can anyone let me know how to do this (probably) simple thing?
