Syncfusion HTML to PDF, table issue

I have a html file, when i pass it into syncfusion html to PDF process, the tables in generated PDF has boxes around it, see the below image, red color highlighted stuff.

I dont see these border in print preview or in browser, how to avoid it or make it look much more presentable.

We have thoroughly reviewed the reported issue on our end. After detailed analysis, we were unable to reproduce the problem. In our testing, the Table of Contents (TOC) content in the output PDF document does not contain any boxes, and the reported behavior could not be replicated. Please refer to the screenshot below for confirmation:
