Form Field Signature

Hi Team,

I'm encountering an issue with the signature fields.

I've created two signature fields—one for the Requestor and one for the Approver. The process works as follows: the Requestor initiates the request and signs the form on their PC or laptop. Once submitted, the Approver accesses the request on their mobile phone and adds their signature, After both parties have signed and the PDF is saved, we've noticed that when the document is reviewed again on the Requestor's PC or laptop, the Requestor's original signature appears significantly smaller than when it was initially applied.

Could you please assist in investigating why the signature size is being altered and how we can maintain consistent formatting across devices.

• Were the signature fields added through the UI or programmatically?
• What settings were configured under SignatureFieldSettings during the addition?

 

Additionally, it would be helpful if you could share the following:

• A snapshot illustrating the reported issue.
• The PDF document where the issue occurs.

 

This information will help us better understand the scenario and provide an accurate solution to the problem you're facing.
