XlsIO is there a way to do the same as Open XML pivotTableDefinition DataOnRows

I'm jumping through hoops saving and closing my XLSIO pivot table workbook to disk, re-opening it in Open XML, setting pivotTableDefinition:DataOnRows = true, saving then reopening using XLSIO, and re-finding all my objects to continue. 

Can "DataOnRows" be achieved in XLSIO yet??  I've attached an Openedge script showing how to set this setting using Open XML.
