Labels are cut off

Hello,

I have a very simple SfStepProgressBar and the labels on the StepProgressBarItems are getting cut off:

This is deployed to a Samsung tablet SM-X210.

I have code that reproduces the error. See attached.

Thanks!

Alan

Hi Alan,

Thank you for contacting us regarding the SfStepProgressBar label cutoff issue.

We have tested your sample on a Samsung SM-X210 real device (Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+) in both landscape and portrait modes. The labels appeared as expected, and we were unable to reproduce the issue.

For your reference, we have attached the tested APK file, screenshots (landscape and portrait), and a video of the output.

To assist you further, could you please provide the following details?

  • Please test the attached APK file on your end and confirm whether the issue still occurs.

  • Does the issue appear on a real device, a simulator, or both?

  • Are you testing using the APK file or by deploying the sample project directly?

  • Share the device or simulator details where the issue is observed.

  • If possible, include a video demonstrating the issue.

These details will help us validate and address your query more effectively. We appreciate your understanding on this.

Regards,
Vishal O.

Hi Vishal - thanks for the quick reply.

I tried your APK on my tablet and got the same result. I then tried it on a different device, a Samsung Galaxy A15 and it worked correctly. I then tried it on an emulated Pixel tablet - android 14 and it also worked correctly.

So I assume it is something to do with the tablet. What info do you need to see?

Here's the device and software info:
