"Browse...." upload area new?
This just started showing up. We assume it's from an update to the Blazor component library.
How do we hide it? We don't want it.

Hi Brian Pautsch,
Thank you for contacting us.
We understand that the “Browse…” upload area has recently started appearing in your application, and you’d like to remove it. Based on the screenshot you provided, it appears that the File Manager component has been rendered within the toolbar.
We already logged this as a feature request on our end.
If you are using a custom toolbar, please ensure that all required CSS files are correctly referenced and loaded.
To assist you more effectively, could you please share a runnable sample or a screen recording that replicates the issue? This will help us investigate and provide a more accurate solution.
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,

This is easy to replicate. Simply add the RichTextEditor control to a page.
The "Browse..." section automatically appears. This just started happening in a recent release.
Was it accidentally added in your release? How can we hide it?

Hi Brian Pautsch,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We have reviewed your query and tested the scenario by rendering the Rich Text Editor component in a sample application. In our testing, the component rendered as expected without displaying the “Browse...” section by default. To assist further, we’ve attached a video demonstration for your reference.
This issue might be related to cached NuGet packages or outdated script/style references. We recommend the following steps:
- Clear local NuGet cache to ensure the latest package is being used.
- If you are referencing scripts and styles via CDN, please verify that they are updated to the latest version.
- Perform a clean rebuild of your project after clearing the cache and open it in the private window.
If the issue persists after these steps, please share a runnable sample or additional details about your configuration so we can investigate further.
We’re here to help please let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Bhuvaneshwari T
