Some lines are not visible when scrolling

Hi Syncfusion Support,

I am using EJ2 React Gantt and if there are closed rows when displaying the screen, some of the rows do not appear in the screen when scrolling to the bottom of the screen.

I think this happens when the enableMultiTaskbar property is true and the allowTaskbarOverlap property is false.

Is there any workaround for this?

We have reviewed your query, and we are able to replicate the issue "Last collapsed parent not visible while scrolling down" in Gantt Chart.

 

To address the problem, we have logged a bug request, and the fix will be provided in the patch release which is scheduled to be rolled out on July 8, 2025. You can track its status from the feedback link given below.

We are glad to announce that our patch release (v30.1.39) is rolled out successfully. In this release, we have added the fix for the reported issue.

 

Please upgrade to the latest version packages to resolve this issue "Last collapsed parent not visible while scrolling down in React | Feedback Portal".

 

Root Cause - The internal method didn’t adjust the content height after row height changes, causing incorrect Gantt chart rendering when records were collapsed or multitaskbars were used without overlaps.
