Quick Info and Event Pop-ups are Clipped in Scheduler

The quick info and event pop-ups are currently being clipped when they appear in the Scheduler. They are not displaying fully and are cut off at the edges.

Is it possible to configure these pop-ups so they render outside the Scheduler's boundaries, allowing them to be fully visible?
