Syncfusion Accordion items

Hi,
We are facing an issue related to syncfusion expander. We open the first item from expander and perform some button clicking functionality and the content in the first item opens correctly but if we open the second item or any other item from expander with same content the content is messy like the content is displayed in a long column. Kindly have a look on this issue. I am sharing a code snippet and video as well.
