Copy & Paste files already exists has bug - Branched from 196388

Hi Leo,

I have tested this today. its now showing the the file already exists modal, but has new bug. please test all possible scenarios.

We have checked and considered the reported scenario “Facing an issue when performing copy and paste actions in the FileManager component” as bug on our end. The fix for this issue will be included in the weekly patch release scheduled for April 15, 2025.

We are glad to announce that our patch release (V29.1.38) has been rolled out successfully.  The issue where “Facing an issue when performing copy and paste actions in the FileManager component” has been resolved in this release.


To access this fix, we suggest you update the package to 29.1.38 and we include the sample in the latest version for your reference.

Root cause : The reported issue occurs because the CutCopyData is not handled in the PasteAfterReplace method when replacing a name in the File Manager component’s dialog model.
