Carousel SwipeMode Attribute Has No Effect

The Blazor SfCarousel component's SwipeMode attribute seemingly has no effect. I am trying to disable mouse swiping, while preserving touch swiping, and no combination of SwipeModes is having any effect.

The issue can be reproduced using the SwipeMode sample in the docs, here, in a Syncfusion Blazor Playground. Link to Playground: https://blazorplayground.syncfusion.com/BNVIDqhXTFnjfvXc

Please advise on how to disable swiping via the Mouse while preserving the ability with Touch.

Root Cause: The root cause of the issue is that the current swipe mode is not considered when swipe action made, so, no able differentiate the swipe actions.
