Copy & Paste files already exists has bug

Hi Syncfusion Team,

I have reported a previous bug before related to copy and paste and it was fixed. here it is https://www.syncfusion.com/forums/194629/copy-and-paste-files-already-exists-has-bug


but unfortunatly this logic was corrupted again. now the popup to show replace / keep both not showing at all. just an error message appear saying file already exists. I recorded a video and uploaded

Greetings from Syncfusion support.


Based on the details you provided, we understand that you are experiencing an issue with the copy-paste functionality when working with existing files and folders in the FileManager component. We have validated this issue and have already provided a fix internally, which is currently in the testing phase. The fix will be included in our upcoming Volume 1 main release, expected to be rolled out on March 25, 2025.


We will inform you once the fix has been included. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience.

I have tested this today. its now showing the the file already exists modal, but has new bug. please test all possible scenarios.

Query 1: The File/Folder Exists dialog is displayed without details when performing the copy/paste action.

We are glad to announce that Essential Studio® 2025 Volume 1 Release v29.1.33 is rolled out and is available for download under the following link.
 

Fix for the issue "The File/Folder Exists dialog is displayed without details when performing the copy/paste action" has been included in our Volume 1 release(29.1.33). Upgrade to the latest version to resolve the issue.
