problem with excel macros when opening excel

I'm using a C# application based on an Excel template to create Excel files with customer data.

However, when I open the Excel file, an error message appears.

While opening the template.xlsm and EXPORT SUPPORT 6-11-24 (3).xlsm file we are encountering this errors
respectively
1. We are getting error while opening the file
2. No external connection found error while opening

We have attached the error screenshots below

Please review and provide the input file without requiring an external connection. Also, share the code snippet you're using to create the Excel file with the input data, so we can reproduce the issue on our end.
