Change background color of Vue DcoumentEditor and also of Spinner

Is it possible to change the background color of the  <ejs-documenteditorcontainer  it would be nice to set the color a little deeper gray to really showcase the page and show the page breaks.

Also is it possible to make the spinner a little larger? Loading a page shows a disabled div but the actually spinner is very small and does not show the red very well.

The Document Editor includes multiple themes that can be utilized according to your requirements. Additionally, Syncfusion provides a Theme Studio, which allows you to design a custom theme tailored to your needs. For further details, please refer to the attached demo.

At present, the Document Editor does not offer functionality to adjust the size of the spinner directly.
