Hello, I have a couple of questions:

OnPageAppearing: The messages are not automatically scrolling to the bottom as expected.

ScrollToMessage: It keeps scrolling to the very first message instead of the intended one.

We would like to let you know that Essential Studio Weekly NuGet packages (v28.2.11) has been published in nuget.org with the fix for the issue “Programmatic scrolling in SfChat not working when adding data through Itemsource Collection”. Please let us know if you have any concerns in this.

 

RootCause of the issue: The issue occurs due to an incorrect index being passed in ScrollToMessage method when adding data through Itemsource Collection, resulting in unexpected scrolling behavior.
