HMerge no longer working?

Hi,

I have attached a test code, it seems to no longer work in the latest version.

Is there any way to fix it?

Thank you!

Hi jamin,
We have tried to reproduce the reported issue, “Horizontal merge not preserved properly,” but it is working correctly on our end. We have attached a sample that we tested using the code snippet you provided, along with the output document. If you are still facing the issue, kindly modify and share an issue reproducible sample.

Hi Sindhu,

Strangely, I ran your attachment project and tried on my current version 28.2.3, and then 28.2.5 both failed.

I'm not sure if there is a problem with windows 11?

I've attached my output image with 28.2.5.

HMerge doesn't work. but test anthor with VMerge works fine.

Thanks you.

Jamin,
We tested the sample in both English (United States) and Vietnamese machine culture, but it is working fine on our end. Kindly check the attached output document.

To proceed further and identify the cause of the issue, kindly share the following details:
    1. Output document generated on your end.
    2. Microsoft Word version used on your side

    • Open Microsoft Word.
    • Go to File → Account.
    • Under About Word, you can find the version details like below

    2. Regional settings (culture) on your machine

Hi Sindhu

It turns out it was a real problem with this version of word365.

Everything is clear to me now.

Thanks you!
