Branched from 196010 ~ Issues with Syncfusion Blazor Component Performance on Legion Pro 5 Gen 8 Laptop

Hello Syncfusion community,

I'm experiencing performance issues while using the Syncfusion Blazor components on my Legion Pro 5 Gen 8 Laptop. Specifically, I have noticed that the application is sometimes sluggish when rendering complex DataGrids and Charts with large datasets. I’ve ensured that all drivers and software are up to date, but the performance doesn't seem to match the laptop’s high-end specs.

Has anyone else faced similar issues with high-performance laptops like the Legion Pro 5 Gen 8 AMD Laptop? If so, could you share any solutions or performance tuning tips? I’m using the latest Blazor version and have optimized the components as per the documentation, but the issue persists.

I also tried adjusting the rendering settings as suggested, but the improvements were minimal. Could it be a hardware compatibility issue, or perhaps there's a setting I missed within the Syncfusion components that can help boost performance?

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and advice!

Best,

Alice

Greetings from Syncfusion!

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. To better assist you and provide a more effective solution, we kindly request some additional details regarding your use of the Blazor Chart component. This will allow us to better understand the customizations you’ve implemented and validate the issue you're encountering.

Please provide the following information:

  • A full-page code snippet of your current Blazor Chart component setup.
  • A video demonstration, showcasing the performance issue. This will help us gain a clearer understanding of the problem you're facing.
  • The chart series type you are using (e.g., Line, Bar, Pie, etc.).
  • The number of chart series included in your chart.
  • The number of data points per series.
  • Whether markers or data labels are enabled for the chart.
  • Any other customizations applied to the chart that might affect its performance.

Once we have this information, we can investigate your case more thoroughly and suggest potential solutions or optimizations tailored to your specific use case.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to assisting you further.
