Spreadsheet date is off by one because it is using local time instead of UTC

Is there a way to set the timezone to UTC for the spreadsheet? This is probably related to the datamanager servertimezoneoffset https://help.syncfusion.com/js/datamanager/servertimezoneoffset but I don't see this expose in the spreadsheet component.
