ComboBoxAdv prevents ScrollViewer from scrolling when it is open

I have a ComboBoxAdv nested within a ScrollViewer with multiple other elements so the ScrollViewer can be enabled. When I open the ComboBoxAdv, it prevents me from scrolling on the ScrollViewer with my mouse wheel until I close the ComboBoxAdv. Expected behaviour is that if I try to scroll the ScrollViewer when the ComboBoxAdv is opened, it should close the ComboBoxAdv and allow me to scroll. I've attached a video of the behaviour.
