closing dropdown button

I have some dropdown buttons in my ribbon control.

If I open it and hover my mouse away from the button, it closes again, is it possible to keep it open?

Hi Vertommen Kim,

Thank you for your patience while we investigated your request regarding the dropdown button behavior in the ribbon control.

We have implemented a workaround that prevents the dropdown popup from closing when the mouse hovers away.

Using the Closing event of the ToolStripDropDownButton, we altered the behavior to ensure that the popup remains open unless the user explicitly interacts with another dropdown button. We have attached a modified sample project for your reference.

We hope this helps address your requirements. Should you have further questions or need additional support, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Regards,
Sekar Sivalingam
