Incorrect postion of meeting popup

Hi, when enabled rtl there is an issue with positioning of meeting popup, The issue occurs only if click at the bottom of right column.

Root Cause: When the popup is opened in the bottom right corner, we initially set OffsetX to zero, which caused the popup to be misaligned.
