Why are the messages not increasing in order from the smallest to the largest Number?

We would like to let you know that we have logged a bug for the reported scenario, “The messages appear in reverse order when using ItemSource and inserting messages into the collection”, we will fix the issue and include the fix in our Upcoming nuget release, which is planned to roll out on January 14, 2024. We will appreciate your patience until then.

We would like to let you know that Essential Studio Weekly NuGet packages (v28.1.39) has been published in nuget.org with the fix for the issue “The messages appear in reverse order when using ItemSource and inserting messages into the collection”. Please let us know if you have any concerns in this. 

  

RootCause of the issue: In the message collection, items are added rather than being inserted at a specific index.
